Your Own Schedule
Students have their choice between two 5-hour blocks (7:00 till noon or noon till 5:00 in your time zone) for guaranteed access to Ignitia, the online core curriculum, on school days. On non-school days, the curriculum can be accessed on a first-come first-served basis. When students gain access then, they are free to work at any time. This allows each individual to create whatever school schedule works best.
No student is bound by a group schedule into a lockstep school year or school day. Catching up, getting ahead, and even finishing early are all possible and convenient.
All off-line courses, naturally, can be scheduled at the discretion of the student and family.
Scheduling is flexible not only in terms of time, but location as well. The student's laptop is a portable classroom that can go anywhere at any time.
